"Battery life has been super solid"
The battery lasts way longer than I thought it would. I use these on my commute and at work, and I’m only charging them every few days. Convenient. No constant battery anxiety, which has been really nice...

"Pretty solid charging case overall"
I’ve been using the charging case for a little while now, and it’s been working well for me so far. It holds a charge for a few days, and the earbuds fit in without any issues. It does take a little longer to charge than I was expecting, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it, even if it’s not completely perfect

"Wayyy better sound than I expected!!"
I was not expecting them to sound this good?? The audio is super clean, and the bass isn’t all over the place like it is with some earphones... Vocals come through really nicely, and I’m actually noticing little details in songs that I never picked up on before!! I’ve been using them most days, and they still sound great. Happy with them, tbh!!!

I got these from RHA mainly for taking calls, and the mic has been great so far 🙂 People can hear me clearly, even when I’m walking outside or there’s background noise in a busy room. No random cutting out or that muffled sound I had with my old earbuds. Happy with them overall!

"Repair worked out, but the warranty process was hit or miss"
They did end up fixing the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. The warranty process just felt a little hit or miss, mostly because it took longer than I expected and communication wasn’t the best. Not a terrible experience, but definitely slower than I would’ve liked

"Better than I expected for the price"
I ordered these from RHA, they’ve been a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing at this price, but the sound is actually really good and the earbuds feel solidly made. The only downside was that delivery took a little longer than I’d hoped, so it wasn’t a completely perfect experience. Still, for what I paid, I feel like I got good value. If they hold up well over time, I’d definitely consider buying again

"Solid earbuds that have held up well"
I’ve had these earbuds for a few months now, they’ve been reliable. The sound is good, the battery hasn’t given me any trouble, and they still work just like they should. The only thing I’d mention is that the case scratches easily, so it’s worth treating it with a little care. Other than that, they’ve been a decent buy and I don’t really have any major complaints.

"Blocks out the train well"
I wasn’t totally sure these would actually help that much, but the noise isolation is great. Even on my bus ride, it cuts down the sound a lot. Maybe I’m just easily impressed, but they worked better than I expected

"Comfy, honestly kind of surprised"
These fit really well, which I wasn’t totally expecting for some reason. I wore them all day and somehow my ears didn’t get sore at all. Not sure why that feels rare, but yeah, they were really comfy.

"One of my earbuds stopped charging..."
One of my earbuds stopped charging, so I emailed support not really expecting much. They got back to me the next day, asked a couple of straightforward questions, and then sorted out a replacement without making it a whole thing. Reading between the lines, it felt like they actually trusted what I was saying and just wanted to fix it. it was refreshingly easy. Nice to deal with a company that actually replies and helps
